Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and jilic (hereinafter "jilic," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jilic online gaming platform available at jilic.org, including all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content.

By registering an account with jilic, logging in to an existing jilic account, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the jilic platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all players accessing jilic from within the Philippines, and are intended to be read in conjunction with applicable Philippine laws governing online gaming, including but not limited to the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with jilic, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated process;
• You are accessing jilic from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jilic or any affiliated platform;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person when registering or using a jilic account;
• You have not been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction;
• You possess a valid Philippine government-issued identification document for KYC verification purposes.

jilic reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If age cannot be verified satisfactorily, jilic will suspend the account and withhold all pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all deposits will be returned to the originating payment source. Winnings accrued by underage players will be forfeited.

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) registered account with jilic at any time. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You accept ongoing responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update jilic of any changes via account settings or customer support.

jilic implements Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures in line with applicable Philippine regulations. As part of KYC, you may be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS card, GSIS card, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months;
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes warrant it;
• A selfie or live photo verification in conjunction with your government ID.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilic account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received. jilic will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

All financial transactions on jilic are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) or, where applicable, USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. jilic accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment methods:

Withdrawals from jilic will only be processed to a payment method that the player has previously used for deposits to their jilic account, and only to the account in the player's own name. jilic reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

jilic reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, unresolved bonus wagering requirements, incomplete KYC documentation, or active investigations. Where a withdrawal is withheld, jilic will notify the player via their registered email address within two (2) business days.

jilic offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All jilic bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms stated at the time each promotion is advertised:

• Bonuses are available to verified jilic account holders who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each promotion;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless jilic explicitly states otherwise in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements which must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• Where a wagering requirement is stated as "15x," this means the total bonus amount must be wagered fifteen (15) times in real-money eligible games before withdrawal is processed;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports betting contributes 20%; fishing games and bingo contribute 50%;
• jilic reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to cancel bonuses from accounts where abuse, fraud, or multi-accounting is detected.

jilic does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus to any specific player and reserves the right to exclude individual accounts from promotions at its discretion. Players who have been flagged for irregular gaming patterns, bonus exploitation, or violation of these Terms may have their bonus eligibility permanently revoked.

All games available on jilic use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealing procedures that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all jilic slot titles are accurate, audited figures.

By playing on jilic, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by a certified random process that neither jilic nor any player can influence or predict;
• A house edge exists across all game types and jilic does not guarantee profits to any player;
• Technical failures or disconnections during gameplay may, in certain circumstances, result in game outcomes being voided; where this occurs, jilic will refund the bet amount;
• In the event of any discrepancy between the game interface display and jilic's server records, the server records shall be final and conclusive;
• jilic is not responsible for player losses arising from misunderstanding of game rules; players are encouraged to review all game-specific rules prior to wagering.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jilic and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) jilic account per person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the jilic platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to influence game outcomes or gain unfair advantages;
• Colluding with other players, jilic employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in jilic's platform for financial gain; any winnings obtained through exploitation are subject to forfeiture;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through payment processors without first resolving the dispute through jilic's customer support channels;
• Accessing jilic from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law;
• Allowing a third party to operate your jilic account on your behalf;
• Using credit cards, cards not in your own name, or payment accounts not belonging to you to fund a jilic account.

jilic is committed to responsible gaming and providing Filipino players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following player protection tools are available in every jilic account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your jilic account. Limit reductions are effective immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour review period;

All content on the jilic platform — including but not limited to software, source code, algorithms, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, design elements, game mechanics, game titles, marketing materials, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of jilic or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilic platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of any jilic content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jilic software or game mechanics;
• Use the jilic brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from jilic's platform through automated means.

Any unauthorised use of jilic's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal proceedings under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilic, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the jilic platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or gaming winnings attributable to platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions outside jilic's direct control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your jilic account credentials;
• Losses arising from your use of the jilic platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
• Any claim that exceeds the total amount deposited by you to jilic in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

jilic provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jilic takes all reasonable measures to ensure platform availability and performance, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms to the extent permitted by Philippine law.

jilic reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback claim from a payment provider;
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same person;
• Account access from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Request by competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Upon account closure for reasons of verified fraud or material Terms breach, jilic reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. In all other cases of account closure, any remaining balance (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

Players may voluntarily close their jilic account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be completed prior to account deactivation.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jilic, you agree to first contact jilic's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jilic undertakes to respond to formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days of receipt.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial dispute notification, either party may escalate the matter through the applicable formal dispute resolution mechanisms available under Philippine law.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of jilic shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the informal process described above.

jilic reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilic will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice upon login to the jilic platform.

Your continued use of the jilic platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using jilic and may request account closure via customer support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. jilic recommends that all Filipino players review the Terms at least once every six months.
